We are confident
that you will be satisfied with the products you
have ordered. As a result, we offer you a 60 days
full refund of the price you have paid for the
products (minus handling and processing costs
(£5 per order). Should our products or
services not live up to your expectations then
please contact us.
If your products
have been damaged in transit please retain the
packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much
information as possible. All damaged or faulty
goods will be replaced with an equivalent product,
or a refund will be given.
You must e-mail
us to obtain a returns number and return
instructions before sending any items
back.
We endeavor to
process and respond to returns within five working
days.
